1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and by99 ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the by99 platform, website, and all associated services available at https://by99.onl and any related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"). • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. by99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Where prohibited conduct is identified, by99 reserves the right to act without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation. Unauthorised use of by99 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Planned maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. by99 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any outage and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

by99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, by99 will provide notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
